Spring Greetings from Craft Haus
Green things, website launch + support for allowing space during times of uncertainty
Spring has arrived in full bloom here in Maine. We’ve been enjoying meals outside and most of the winter boots have slowly found their way to the back of the closet. There’s been a buzz of activity from pollinators, birds returning from their winter journeys and the cascade of life bursting out of dormancy.
It’s an energizing time that also can be an overwhelming time, and we’ve been trying to ride the waves with grace and kindness toward ourselves and each other. Getting our hands dirty in the garden has been grounding, finding homes for the Fedco plants we ordered in the depths of winter and nuzzling seedlings grown at home and Goranson Farm into our garden beds. Also, planting peas and flowers, putting up trellises, and marveling at this simple miracle of renewal all around us. What keeps you grounded through this time of emergence?
We have some fun new creations in the digital realm to share with you and a thought to create or simply allow some spaciousness in your days and work.
As always, we’re doing our best to follow our own advice to mixed results. Wishing you a grounding spring easing into some lazy summer days off the grid!

Updated Website for Quimby Family Foundation
This winter and spring we had the pleasure of working with the Quimby Family Foundation to update their web presence. They wanted an updated look and a revamped content structure that made the site super intuitive to navigate for current and potential grantees. We connect deeply with their mission: Growing Human Wholeness by fostering stronger relationships between people and nature and had lots of fun looking through their image library and strong base of existing content to create the updated version. Learn more about their work, and check out their Nourishment grant cycle opening June 1!
Feeling the spring frenzy?
We know we have and we love to keep this philosophy close to us as a guide. We credit colleague Adam Burk with this phrasing and it is something we believe in wholeheartedly in both life and brand communications. It is so tempting to just keep adding frequency without thinking about the why behind it. We coach clients to be thoughtful about each communication effort and channel that they maintain and to find pieces they can strip away to be able to bring that focus to the high impact areas.
P.S. We’re on Instagram, come say hello @meetcrafthaus
